Machine Tool Rebuilding

Machines that have a reliable CNC but need mechanical restoration can take advantage of DixiTechCNC's machine tool rebuilding.

It involves complete restoration of the machine's mechanical components. This allows the machine to run at its full capacity and can, in some cases, hold OEM Spec capacity. These are just some of the benefits of Machine tool rebuilding .

The entire machine is taken apart, inspected, and rebuilt using new parts when necessary and remachined parts when appropriate. Machine tool rebuilding adds to the longevity of the machine.

Machine Tool

A machine tool is a powered mechanical device, typically used to fabricate metal components of machines by the selective removal of metal. The term machine tool is usually reserved for tools that used a power source other than human movement, but they can be powered by people if appropriately set up. After significant use, machine tools begin to fall out of specifications, due to normal production wear. This can render a machine useless or adds to slow production. DixiTechCNC's technicians can reverse this effect. Bringing machines back, in some cases, to original OEM specifications.
