Operator Training

We offer complete training for your operator on any machine that we retrofit, rebuild, remanufacture. The training can take place in our facility or in yours.

Dixitech CNC has the manpower to assist in relocating your machines from one location to another.

CNC Mechanical Troubleshooting

Our knowledgeable engineering department can pinpoint even your most complex control or mechanical problems. We can troubleshoot any make or model of machinery.

Leveling & Laser Calibration

We use precision levels and laser calibration which provides documentation of the corrections used to hold tolerances and the extent of the corrections needed. This increases accuracy and decreases waste of the machine.

Field Alignment

Machine Scraping

Machine scraping: for machines that are starting to show noticeable signs of wear, we can disassemble and scrape all surfaces and machine the original castings and bring alignment back to OEM specification.

Emergency Repair

We can assist you in your facility with any emergency machine repairs. We also provide emergency machine repairs on mechanical and electrical systems on a diverse range of machinery makes and models.

Preventative Maintenance

We can develop a Preventative Maintenance schedule that is designed around your down times so that the machines run effectively when you need them.
